Resilient Management during COVID-19: Putting your people at the heart of your strategy
The COVID-19 crisis has posed significant challenge to the way that we work, cooperate and lead. A clear focus on employee wellbeing and a positive working culture is more crucial than ever, with remote working having significant implications for wellbeing, team cohesion and productivity.
D&I best practice has much to offer in this period of upheaval. With this in mind, we at Dods D&I have gathered advice from several of our expert speakers for guidance and inspiration in this time of change.
In the below agenda you will discover videos providing actionable insight on topics ranging from fostering belonging and compassion, to active listening, nurturing inclusivity and supporting wellbeing.
In the weeks following the release of this online agenda, our speakers gathered together to consider this theme once again. In this Q&A session, we discuss specific questions pertaining to their original presentations and to ponder the skills and qualities which will be essential to us all in the 'new normal'.
