Karen Harvey-Cooke has chaired Enfys, Cardiff University's LGBT+ Staff Network for the past decade, alongside her role overseeing employee engagement and D&I amongst staff the the university.

In this interview with Dods D&I, Karen kindly shares insight and advice on continuing staff network cooperation as we work remotely, and inclusive action and leadership at all levels of organisations.
